The Commerce Department said the U.S. economy grew 5.7 percent October through December, but Wall Street markets followed a global trend lower anyway. March delivery light, sweet crude lost 75 cents to $72.89. Heating oil prices dropped 0.0162 cents to $1.9029 per gallon. Reformulated gasoline prices shed 0.0143 cents to $1.9031 per gallon. Natural gas prices lost 0.007 cents to $5.131 per million British thermal units.

At the pump, the national average price of unleaded gasoline was $2.685 per gallon Friday, down from Thursday's $2.69, AAA said.
