Boston Herald Nov. 6--Federal prosecutors have released a photo they say shows Sudbury terrorism suspect Tarek Mehanna, far right, grinning and pointing skyward at Ground Zero, where terrorists used two hijacked jetliners on Sept. 11, 2001, to topple the World Trade Center.

Mehanna, 27, is being held without bail. A federal grand jury yesterday returned a 10-count indictment against Mehanna and co-defendant Ahmad Abousamra, with charges including providing and conspiring to support terrorists. The indictment claims Mehanna and Abousamra watched jihadi videos together, discussed the "glory of dying on the battlefield for Allah" and tried to enlist in terrorist training camps, and that Mehanna distributed a video celebrating the mutilation of U.S. soldiers' remains in Iraq. Abousamra is believed to have fled to Syria.
