LOS ANGELES, June 30 (UPI) -- A 2002 will written by Michael Jackson that divides his estate between between his mother and three children could be introduced this week, sources say.

SAVE MONEY ON TRAVEL DEALS

Citing several unnamed people close to the late pop superstar, The Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday the will is believed to be his last and its introduction into Los Angeles Superior Court would be the result of a tense period of debate among Jackson's relatives and advisers over which of several wills is valid.

The newspaper said Jackson's father Joseph Jackson isn't believed to be included in the most recent will, which Jackson family attorney L. Londell McMillan says he hasn't seen. McMillan told the Journal he had spent much of Monday trying to ensure that Katherine Jackson, Michael Jackson's mother, would receive custody of the singer's three children.

The Journal's sources said it wasn't clear what custody arrangements are called for by the 2002 will, but they indicated it names lawyer John Branca and veteran music executive John McClain as executors of his estate.

The Journal said Michael Jackson died with around $500 million in debt, but unnamed sources say his assets may be worth as much as $700 million.
