Kathi Jean Meyer alleges seven individuals named in her Norfolk Superior Court lawsuit contributed to her 17-year-old daughter's Oct. 17, 2008, death, The Boston Globe reported Thursday.

Authorities said Meyer's daughter Taylor had a blood-alcohol level was 0.13 when she drowned in a swamp while walking home. The incident occurred after the teen attended two parties and a gathering at an abandoned airport.

Meyer alleges her daughter's friend, Paige Zusick, obtained alcohol on the night of the incident with the help of Sean Flynn and Zusick's brother, Brian.

Meyer maintains her daughter and Zusick took that alcohol to a party in Wrentham, Mass., thrown by Rachel Stark. Meyer alleges in her suit that Stark's mother Dianne knew underage guests at the party were consuming alcohol.

Meyers said her daughter visited a second party where alcohol was allegedly supplied by Matthew Dusseault and later took part in a gathering where Christopher Moran allegedly supplied alcohol.
