| LOS ANGELES, Feb. 9 (UPI) -- Pau Gasol had 21 points, 19 rebounds, eight assists and five blocked shots Monday to lead the Los Angeles Lakers to a 101-89 win over San Antonio. SAVE MONEY ON TRAVEL DEALS The Lakers -- playing without all-star guard Kobe Bryant and center Andrew Bynum -- got 16 points and 10 rebounds from Lamar Odom and 18 points from Ron Artest to win for the seventh time in their last nine games. Manu Ginobili led the Spurs with 21 points off the bench. Tony Parker scored 20, while Tim Duncan finished with 16 points and 15 points for San Antonio -- which trailed 74-70 early in the fourth quarter before the Lakers took control with a 7-0 run.
