Xiaolong Wu, president of Shenzhen Great Loong Brother, said when the iPad makes it to China, "we won't have any choice but to report them it will certainly affect our sales", of the company's P88, which resembles an over-sized iPhone, Wired reported Monday.

Wired said there were several significant specification differences in the products, including battery life, a 250-gigabyte hard drive in the P88 that the iPad does not have, the choice of microchips and point that the P88 runs a Windows operating system.

Wu, however, said the products were "completely identical" and that the company would charge Apple with "plagiarism" if it the California company opens up sales in China.
