| BEIJING, Feb. 5 (UPI) -- Informed sources in Beijing said Friday a top Chinese official's upcoming visit to North Korea could help North Korea's nuclear program. SAVE MONEY ON TRAVEL DEALS The anonymous sources told the Yonhap News Agency the North Korean visit by Wang Jiarui, head of the Communist Party's international department, appears to be focused on helping North Korea's nuclear program by resuming stalled talks on the matter. The sources said next week's visit by Wang could potentially result in North Korea resuming nuclear negotiations with the United States, South Korea, Japan, China and Russia. "Wang's trip to Pyongyang can be seen as part of a regular exchange of visits for New Year's greetings, but it may bring significant changes to the six-party talks", one of the sources offered. Yonhap said North Korean leader Kim Jong Il said in 2009 while meeting with Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao his country may resume nuclear negotiations, which North Korea began boycotting in late 2008. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Related News Topics:
