| MOSUL, Iraq, June 29 (UPI) -- A car bomb Monday killed at least nine police officers and wounded two others in Mosul, Iraqi officials said. SAVE MONEY ON TRAVEL DEALS The parked car detonated near a convoy of officers in the northern part of the city, an Interior Ministry official told CNN. The bombing occurred one day before a deadline for U.S. combat troops to withdraw from cities and towns in Iraq.
