Duchovny is best known for his roles on the TV shows "Californication" and "The X-Files." He and his actress wife Tea Leoni have two children.

"David has successfully completed his rehabilitation", Duchovny's lawyer told Usmagazine.com. "He is out of rehab and will be starting a movie soon."

The celebrity news magazine said on its Web site that Duchovny and Leoni were seen together Sunday at the Czech Festival in New York.
