NEW YORK, July 24 (UPI) -- FBI agents reportedly seized the private diaries of U.S. actress Anne Hathaway during the course of their investigation of her ex-boyfriend, Raffaello Follieri.

SAVE MONEY ON TRAVEL DEALS

Sources told New York's Daily News that agents confiscated journals belonging to "The Princess Diaries" star during a raid on Follieri's Manhattan apartment.

Hathaway reportedly broke up with Follieri shortly before he was arrested last month and charged with 11 counts of fraud and money laundering in connection with alleged shady business dealings.

No charges have been brought against Hathaway and sources told Daily News reporters the actress has had no recent contact with the 30-year-old Italian businessman, whom she dated for several years.

"She's changed her numbers so he can't reach her", a friend told the newspaper. "Raffaello has been trying to call her all the time."
