SAVE MONEY ON TRAVEL DEALS The ruling in Baltimore's U.S. District Court included an order for the company to "immediately cease" advertising its chicken as "raised without antibiotics" or "raised without antibiotics that impact antibiotic resistance in humans", The Sun, a Baltimore newspaper, reported. Rival companies Perdue Farms of Maryland and Sanderson Farms of Mississippi filed the suit against Tyson. Perdue claims it lost $10 million in sales last year due to the deception. Sanderson says it lost $4 million. In a statement, Tyson spokesman Dave Hogberg said, "We strongly disagree with this decision." The company said it would appeal the decision, The Sun said.
