| SAN CLEMENTE, Calif., July 31 (UPI) -- Regulators say they have scheduled a third special inspection in 12 months at Southern California Edison's San Onofre Nuclear Generating Plant. SAVE MONEY ON TRAVEL DEALS The Nuclear Regulatory Commission says it wants, in the inspection next week, to make sure the utility fixed electrical problems with crucial backup power systems at the coastal facility near San Clemente, Calif., the Los Angeles Times reported.
