Anti-air missiles and radar equipment have been reported installed on Mount Sannine's peak in central Lebanon, Israel's DEBKAfile said. From that strategic height, Hezbollah was said to be preparing to shoot down encroaching Israeli flights after taking instruction from Iranian intelligence and air defense officers, the report said.

Sources said Hezbollah took charge of the missiles operation, delegating the task of attacking Israeli outposts at the Shaaba Farms enclave and the Mount Dov slopes of the Hermon range to the regular army.
