JOLIET, Ill., July 10 (UPI) -- Rain throughout the afternoon and evening Thursday forced cancellation of qualifying for the Sprint Cup LifeLock.com 400 at Chicagoland Speedway.

The grid for Saturday night's race will be set by the current point standings, which means Kyle Busch will start on the pole. Dale Earnhardt Jr. will be on the outside of the first row and Jeff Burton and Carl Edwards will be on the second row.

The race will start the second half of the Sprint Cup season. Busch has won six races and has a 182-point lead in the championship standings.

Tony Stewart, who will leave Joe Gibbs Racing next season to become half owner of the newly-formed Stewart-Hass team, won this race last year. He is currently in 12th place on the points list.
