| CARSON, Calif., Sept. 7 (UPI) -- Bryan Jordan had a goal and an assist Saturday in his first Major League Soccer start, and the Los Angeles Galaxy played Real Salt Lake to a 2-2 tie. SAVE MONEY ON TRAVEL DEALS Jordan -- a rookie who was getting playing time with LA stars David Beckham, Landon Donovan and Eddie Lewis out on international duty -- scored in the ninth minute to put the Galaxy up 1-0 and then assisted on Edson Buddle's game-tying goal in the 69th minute.
