DANVILLE, Calif., Oct. 10 (UPI) -- In-Kyung Kim and Mollie Fankhauser, both in their second year on the LPGA Tour, claimed the top two shots Friday at the Longs Drugs Challenge.

SAVE MONEY ON TRAVEL DEALS

Kim shot a 3-under 69 at the Blackhawk Country Club for a two-day total of 136. Like Fankhauser, Kim is looking for her first tour victory. She came close last year at the Wegmans LPGA, eventually losing in a playoff to world No. 1 Lorena Ochoa.

Fankhauser, who has only one top 10 finish all season, was at 137 after shooting a 68.

Ochoa, seeking her eighth victory of the season, moved into contention with a 68 that left her alone in third at 138. Angela Stanford was fourth by herself at 139.

Paula Creamer, last week's winner at the Samsung World Championship, was tied for 24th at 144.

First-round co-leaders Michele Redman and Maria Hjorth slipped back in the pack. Redman shot a 75 for a 36-hole total of 141. Hjorth struggled to an 80 that left her at 146.
