| NEW YORK, Aug. 7 (UPI) -- John Collins, former chief executive officer of the NFL's Cleveland Browns, has been named chief operating officer of the National Hockey League. SAVE MONEY ON TRAVEL DEALS The NHL said Collins will oversee the league's business, media, communications and consulting functions.
