CINCINNATI, May 16 (UPI) -- Brandon Phillips hit a two-run homer in the first Friday and scored the winning run in the eighth on a bases-loaded walk in Cincinnati's 4-3 win over Cleveland.

Cincinnati took an early 3-0 lead only to have the Indians tie it in the sixth on home runs by Casey Blake, Travis Hafner and Jhonny Peralta.

The game stayed 3-3 into the bottom of the eighth, when a walk to Phillips, a double by Joey Votto and another walk to Edwin Encarnacion loaded the bases. Jensen Lewis (0-2) then walked Adam Dunn on a 3-2 pitch to bring home Phillips.

Dunn hit a solo homer in the second to give the Reds a 3-0 advantage.

The victory went to David Weathers (1-2), who threw one inning of relief.

Cincinnati won its fourth straight, its longest winning streak of the season.

Cleveland had captured three in a row.
