LAGOS, Nigeria, Sept. 18 (UPI) -- A Nigerian navy boat fired on by militants near Suko returned fire and sank its attackers' vessel, apparently killing all 12 aboard, a navy spokesman says.

SAVE MONEY ON TRAVEL DEALS

Lt. Way Olabisi told Vanguard in Lagos that the Nigerian vessel was on routine patrol when the militants began firing. No casualties were reported among the Nigerian sailors.
