| NEWQUAY, England, July 11 (UPI) -- Home buyers in Britain discouraged by rapidly falling home values can find one real estate agent ready to offer more than a toaster as a house-warming gift. SAVE MONEY ON TRAVEL DEALS Home buyers at the real estate firm Bradleys in Newquay, England, are being offered a new car for purchasing a home, the Daily Mail reported Friday. "We have got an awful lot of buyers but, very often, they go home, read about the latest ghastly story about the housing market and lose their nerve", branch manager Stuart Shield told the British newspaper. The offers includes a $15,800 Smart car for those buying a home for less than $439,500, a $59,000 Mercedes C-Class for customers spending more and a $118,000 Range Rover for buyers willing to spend $2.96 million on a home, the report said. "On the day of completion, you get two sets of keys -- one for the flat and one for the car", Shield said. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Related News Topics:
