DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, May 30 (UPI) -- The big-screen adaptation of the U.S. television show "Sex and the City" is expected to have a different name when it is released in the United Arab Emirates.

SAVE MONEY ON TRAVEL DEALS

Al-Arabiya said the film, which was released in the United States Friday with an R rating, is set to open in the United Arab Emirates, but not until after it has been reviewed and edited by government censors.

The Gulf News quoted local distributors as saying prints of the movie haven't even arrived in the Emirates yet.

"It will be released. I just don't have a date for when the prints will arrive", the daily newspaper quoted an unnamed source at the distributors Shooting Stars as saying.

Simon Khoury, assistant marketing manager at Gulf Film, said the movie is expected to get a name change once the censors have their say.

The media outlets did not suggest what the movie's new title might be.
