| RAMALLAH, West Bank, June 7 (UPI) -- The Palestinian party Fatah is prepared for presidential elections and has chosen Mahmoud Abbas as its candidate, Palestinian negotiator Ahmad Quraie said. SAVE MONEY ON TRAVEL DEALS The leading Palestinian negotiator Saturday said talks with Israel were in a "difficult phase" because of concerns regarding refugees, Jerusalem and border demarcation, KUNA reported. Quraie's comments came on his trip to Tobas in the West Bank, the report said.
