| BELGRADE, Serbia, Aug. 3 (UPI) -- Serbian Defense Minister Dragan Sutanovac says Belgrade is set to sign a security agreement with NATO soon. SAVE MONEY ON TRAVEL DEALS Sutanovac, in an appearance televised Saturday on RTA state television, said the agreement will open the way for Serbian soldiers to receive training abroad, B92 reported. He also said the Serbian Army and Air Force had been upgraded during the past year. "The repair of 15 aircraft that we have done, almost twice as many flights, improved status of the members of the army, material and otherwise, are the results that we can be proud of in the space of a year", Sutanovac during an Air Force Day ceremony.
