AUSTIN, Texas, July 1 (UPI) -- Attorneys for JPMorgan say they are working to make things right with a Texas couple whose house was mistakenly cleaned out by an affiliated mortgage company.

SAVE MONEY ON TRAVEL DEALS

Bobo and Joy Dickinson filed a lawsuit alleging EMC Mortgage hired a company that took everything they owned after being stiffed by the former owners of the home.

The Dickinsons told the Austin American-Statesman they purchased the home in Williamson County that was headed into foreclosure in May. Unfortunately, the foreclosure process was not halted and they came home one day to find a completely empty house.

"We take this very seriously, and we are working with EMC and the family's attorney to make this right", said Tom Kelly, a JPMorgan spokesman.
